School Supply Drive
August 1 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Free school supplies for students, handed out alongside our regular Food Pantry — Saturday, August 1, 10:00–11:30 AM at Valley Church of Christ. No sign-up, no paperwork. Everyone is welcome, while supplies last.
How to donate
The drop-off box closes Friday, July 31. It’s at the metal building next to the church, 121 E College Street, Gunter.
Or shop our Amazon supply list — it shows what’s still needed and how many, so nothing gets over-bought. Order it to your home, then drop it in the box by July 31.
Most needed
- Backpacks — new or gently used
- #2 pencils, 24 ct sharpened
- Crayons, 24 ct
- Glue sticks — washable, purple
- Composition notebooks — wide ruled
- Dry erase markers — Expo, black
- Folders — plastic, with brads & pockets
- Scissors — 5" blunt and 7" pointed
- Tissues, paper towels & disinfecting wipes
- Zipper bags — sandwich, quart & gallon
