But is that really what the New Testament means by it — and is that the only way it applies to us? This Sunday at Valley Church of Christ, Lynn Gravley is opening up a conversation that will carry through the next several weeks: what evangelism actually is, and what it looks like in the life of an ordinary Christian.
What to Expect
The lesson lays the groundwork for a series on evangelism that continues through June. Before we can talk about how to do it, we need to understand what it is — and more importantly, what it is not. Most of us are not preachers or missionaries. So does evangelism apply to us? Lynn will make the case that it does, and that it reaches into parts of our daily lives we may not have thought of as evangelism at all.
